As a boutique HR consultancy, I offer bespoke HR services designed for the culture of your organisation. I work alongside executives to develop the employee aspect of the business plans and strategies, designing organisational structures and employee handbooks to support you to deliver the desired outcomes.

I bring a combination of HR expertise, including but not limited to:

Employee Relations: Employee relationships are at the heart of any workplace. The advice I offer can vary from simple, practical HR solutions to help you to resolve employee conflicts, and disciplinary matters and shield you from tribunals to developing people strategies and accompanying policies.

I bring a combination of employee relations expertise, including but not limited to:

·       Appraisals and incentives
·       Contractual queries and disputes
·       Disciplinary and grievances
·       Long-term and short-term, sickness and absence management
·       Performance and capability
·       Redundancy, restructures, and T.U.P.E transfers

Before conducting any formal meetings, you will be provided with detailed guidance on how to conduct such a meeting, including, scripts, agendas or bullet points for the meeting. In-person meeting support can be provided.

HR Audits: I recommend an annual HR audit, reviewing correspondence templates such as offers of employment, employment contracts, informal letters of concern and job description frameworks. Ensuring you that you have followed employment best practices.

Employee Policies, Procedures and Handbook: I can work with you to draft an employee handbook, policies and procedures drawing from industry best practices.

Executive Recruitment To demonstrate the impact of an individual’s personality on an organisation’s success, Hogan is used internationally as an executive recruitment tool. Hogan is dedicated to developing non-discriminatory personality assessments. Hogan assessments allow employers to eliminate any potential bias based on gender, ethnicity, and race as part of the recruitment process. As a registered Hogan practitioner, I can support you in making the right executive appointments.
